4 ka 16! 5 ka 25! Mr. Paramjeet, a UP Police officer and protector of Amroha village, heard this sound as he cautiously went to the location his informant had given him. The region of Amroha was notorious for illegal betting and Paramjeet knew of many families who had been destroyed by the scourge of gambling, propagated by unethical criminals. Paramjeet decided to put an end to this menace. As soon as he entered the den, the criminal organizing the gambling saw him and decided to bolt. Paramjeet took off in hot pursuit and even hurt his leg in the process. He started bleeding but never gave up, he inched closer to his target and finally caught him! He confiscated Rs 3 lakh in cash and even a makeshift revolver. Lord knows what damage the criminal would have done with his revolver, but the brave acts of Paramjeet made sure that nobody else would be harmed in his region. #uniformerHeroes

NITISH KUMAR - BIHAR POLICE

Nitish Kumar, a Bihar Police officer, is a clever man. He had cultivated a team of informers around him who told him if any alcohol was being smuggled in his region. Acting on such a tip, he was rushing to a crime scene. He knew that the criminals were smart and would be cautious, but he was smarter and dressed himself in civilian clothes to avoid raising any suspicion while raiding the crime scene. A nasty fight ensued as the criminals tried to escape but officer Nitish was efficient. He had barricaded all the exits from the area and successfully captured all the criminals along with all the alcohol they were smuggling into the city. Nitish made sure that his city was safe from unsafe, illegal liquor. uniformer salutes brave officers like Mr. Nitish Kumar in Bihar Police! #uniformerHeroes

Ahhhhhh chor! chor! It was a sunny day when UP police constable Deepak Chaudhary ( Uttar Pradesh Police ) heard a scream from a nearby ATM. One person, while pretending to help a lady with a cash withdrawal, snatched the money and tried to escape. PC Deepak immediately sprang into action and started chasing the thief. He had just caught the offender when out of nowhere a bike hit him and sent him sprawling on the floor. Turns out the thief had an accomplice! Undaunted, Deepak jumped back up and pursued the thieves on his own bike. After a daring chase through the streets, he caught them and made sure they were convicted of their crimes and sent to jail. Moral of the story - Crime does not pay, especially when brave officers like Deepak are around! #uniformerHeroes

Kanu joined   Gujarat Police   at the age of 22 in 2020. Only a couple of years into his duty, Kanu showed a sense of bravery when he accompanied his team of five senior police officers on a gambling raid. It was the night of Janmashtami, as they left for the raid at around 11pm for a village 7km away. They had been closely watching the activities of 12 persons who were running illegal gambling operations over the last few months. With the help of Kanu's agility, the mission was a success and Gujarat Police was successful in getting hold of the den. Officials seized an undisclosed amount of cash, betting coins and arrested all 12 persons allegedly involved in gambling. In light of Kanu and his team's bravery, we would like to honor them as uniformer Heroes. #uniformerHeroes
